There is a site called FiCall whch allows VOIP calls all over the world. With every new account, it gives 1.00$ free. You just have to make new accounts after every account's 1.00$ expires. For making a new account, you have to go to it's mobile site(only mobile, not real) and then register there.
From you phone, go to m.ficall.com and then register as many accounts as you want with any email address.
REMEMBER: 1.00$ gives you approximately 30 minutes.
